After mailing in your hair test sample, you will receive your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) comprehensive report. This includes the following:

• Individual minerals, toxic elements, and mineral ratio data in 6 organized graphs
  
• An "Understanding the Graphics" section to help you better understand your report
• A "Metabolic Type" section to provide insight into your specific metabolic typing and factors affecting this
• "Nutrient Mineral Levels and Other Elements". This section provides insight/potential symptoms about your levels that deviate from normal.
• "Nutrient Mineral Ratios". The most important information of the report which explains ratios that deviate from the accepted values and how it is affecting your health.
• "Toxic Metal Levels". This section provides explanations corresponding to any toxic metal levels that are outside the acceptable ranges.
• "Toxic Metal Ratios". This section provides explanations corresponding to any toxic metal ratios that are outside the acceptable ranges.
• "Dietary Suggestions". Detailed dietary recommendations (lists of foods to add and avoid)  based on your specific mineral levels and metabolic type.
• Individualized supplement recommendations based on your personal mineral tissue levels.
